Our Products

Weaves&Blends attempts to be as accurate as possible in its product descriptions. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations (maximum 10% difference) in color may occur. We embrace these unique differences as they add to the individuality and charm of each product.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Weaves&Blends will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the original method of payment.

Pricing

We accept online Wire Transfers through the bank. Your order will only be accepted once the transfer has been confirmed by us.

 

For commercial orders, we accept Bank Transfers only. As per our export regulations, we cannot ship any orders without receiving full payment. All bank fees outside Nepal must be borne by the buyers.

Availability

From time to time, some goods on the website may be out of stock or unavailable, and we may not be able to fulfill all or part of your order. If this happens, you will be contacted within 48 hours, and a full refund will be processed if we cannot fill your order.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We aim to deliver within the indicated time at the delivery address requested by you. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery. We will inform you if we cannot deliver to certain locations and arrange for cancellation or alternative delivery options. Part deliveries may be made where stock is unavailable. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you using the contact details provided.

Upon receiving the shipment, please inspect the goods carefully. Any lost merchandise claims must be made within 5 business days with the shipping company.

If notified before goods are dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation or charge a cancellation fee if we are able to recall the package.
